How We Measure Success

Transparency is core to our partnership. Here's exactly how we define and verify the results we deliver to pest control companies.

Mileage Reduction

Definition: The average percentage decrease in total driving distance per active technician route compared to the baseline period (pre-optimization).

Calculation:

(Baseline Avg Miles - Optimized Avg Miles) / Baseline Avg Miles × 100

We normalize this data by accounting for service area expansion and distinct geographic zones to ensure a fair comparison.

Time Saved

Definition: The reduction in non-productive windshield time, allowing technicians to spend more of their day serving customers or finishing routes earlier.

Calculation:

Total Driving Minutes Saved / Total Active Tech Days

This metric specifically focuses on routing efficiency, excluding time spent at service locations which varies by job type.

Cost Savings

Definition: The estimated financial impact of reduced fuel consumption, vehicle wear and tear, and better labor utilization.

Key Factors:

  • Fuel cost reduction (avg. MPG × miles saved)
  • Vehicle maintenance reduction (avg. cost/mile)
  • Overtime reduction opportunities

Production Increase

Definition: The gain in revenue-generating capacity per technician, made possible by converting saved drive time into additional service slots.

Calculation:

(Optimized Stops/Day - Baseline Stops/Day) / Baseline Stops/Day × 100

This metric helps quantify how much you can grow your revenue with your existing workforce.
