1. B2B Use Only
PestRouting is intended exclusively for business customers, companies, entrepreneurs and professional users.
By purchasing or using PestRouting, you confirm that you act for business or professional purposes and not as a consumer.
Consumer withdrawal rights do not apply where you act as a business customer. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
2. Payments via Paddle
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com.
Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for our orders and may handle payment processing, invoicing, applicable tax calculation and collection, billing support, customer payment support, chargebacks and refunds according to Paddle’s applicable terms and policies.
For purchases processed through Paddle, Paddle issues invoices, receipts and payment confirmations to the customer as Merchant of Record or reseller.
Dayem Solutions UG (haftungsbeschränkt) does not directly invoice customers for purchases processed through Paddle and does not provide separate refund payments outside Paddle’s refund process.
3. General Refund Rule
Unless otherwise stated, paid subscriptions, annual plans, monthly plans, audits, onboarding fees, implementation fees, custom services, usage-based charges, overage charges and other paid services are generally non-refundable once the billing period has started, usage has occurred or the service has been provided.
Refunds may be considered only where:
- required by applicable law;
- approved by Paddle under Paddle’s applicable refund process;
- there has been a duplicate payment;
- there has been a billing error;
- a material technical issue prevents access to or use of the Service and cannot be reasonably resolved;
- we expressly agree otherwise in writing.
4. Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next renewal date.
You may cancel your monthly subscription through the Paddle customer portal, through the application where available, or by contacting support@pestrouting.com.
Cancellation prevents future renewal but does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.
Unless otherwise stated, access continues until the end of the already paid billing period.
5. Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions are generally billed upfront and renew automatically unless cancelled before the next renewal date.
You may cancel an annual subscription before the next renewal date. Cancellation prevents future renewal but does not automatically entitle you to a refund or partial refund for the remaining paid annual term.
Unless otherwise stated, access continues until the end of the already paid annual term.
6. Usage-Based Charges and Overages
Certain PestRouting plans may include usage-based pricing, usage allowances, overage charges, planner jobs, simulation jobs, appointment-based usage, route calculations, optimization runs, API sync volume or similar usage metrics.
Usage-based charges and overage charges are generally non-refundable once usage has occurred or the charge has been incurred.
You are responsible for monitoring your usage, plan limits and applicable usage-based pricing before using paid features.
7. Free Audits, Trials and Promotional Credits
We may offer free audits, demos, trials, pilot access, starter credits, simulation credits, promotional credits or other free allowances.
Free audits, trials, promotional credits and free allowances have no cash value, are not refundable, are not transferable and may be modified, limited or discontinued at any time.
A free audit, trial or promotional offer does not create a right to future free access or future free services.
8. Paid Audits, Onboarding and Custom Services
Paid audits, onboarding services, implementation services, consulting, strategic sessions and custom services are generally non-refundable once scheduled, started, delivered or made available.
If a paid service cannot be delivered due to a material issue caused by us, we may, at our discretion and where appropriate, offer rescheduling, replacement service, service credit or a refund through Paddle.
9. Cancellation Process
You may cancel your subscription by:
- using the Paddle customer portal;
- using the cancellation option in the PestRouting application, where available;
- contacting us at support@pestrouting.com.
If you contact support, we may assist with cancelling the subscription in Paddle.
To avoid renewal, cancellation should be completed before the next billing date. We are not responsible for renewals that occur because a cancellation request was submitted too late or could not be processed before the renewal date.
10. Refund Request Process
If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please use the refund or support process provided by Paddle, for example through your Paddle receipt, Paddle customer portal or Paddle support.
You may also contact us at support@pestrouting.com so we can help investigate the issue.
Please include:
- your company name;
- the billing email address;
- your Paddle order number or transaction reference;
- the reason for the refund request;
- any relevant screenshots, error messages or supporting information.
Refunds for Paddle-processed transactions must be handled through Paddle’s refund process.
11. Taxes
Where Paddle processes the payment as Merchant of Record or reseller, Paddle may calculate, collect and remit applicable taxes according to its own processes and legal obligations.
If you believe that tax was charged incorrectly or that you are tax exempt, you should contact Paddle through the applicable Paddle support process and provide the required tax documentation.
12. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you believe there is a billing issue, duplicate payment, unauthorized charge or technical issue, please contact Paddle and/or support@pestrouting.com before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
We will make reasonable efforts to help investigate and resolve billing issues.
Chargebacks and payment disputes may result in suspension or termination of access where required for fraud prevention, payment security, legal or operational reasons.
13. Effect of Cancellation
After cancellation, your subscription will not renew.
Unless otherwise stated, you may continue to access PestRouting until the end of the already paid billing period.
After the paid term ends, access may be restricted, downgraded, suspended or terminated.
Customer Data may be retained, exported, deleted or anonymized according to our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Data Processing Agreement and applicable law.
14. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time.
If changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify existing paid customers, for example by email, in-app notice or website notice.
Updated terms will apply from the effective date stated in the updated policy.
