Built by two brothers who believe routing is a solvable problem.
Different backgrounds — automotive engineering and enterprise software — one shared obsession with process efficiency. We saw pest control operators running harder than they needed to, ran the numbers, and built what was missing.

Three moments that turned a hypothesis into a company
The pattern we kept seeing
Years across automotive and enterprise software projects — multi-million savings captured by simply removing structural waste from how teams worked. Wherever we looked, the same pattern repeated: capable people slowed down by systems that had never been redesigned. Efficiency was not a matter of working harder. It was a matter of seeing the shape of the problem and rebuilding it.
Pest control caught our attention
Recurring routes maintained by hand. FieldRoutes as a strong execution platform — but without a real optimization layer on top of it. A full industry running on dispatch discipline and operator instinct, accumulating invisible drive time by the week. The first conversations with owners and dispatchers confirmed what the data already suggested: the opportunity was real, and much larger than anyone was quantifying.
The first tests rewrote our expectations
With a handful of pilot customers we modeled before-and-after routes on their actual data. Mileage dropped. Stops per tech per day climbed. Cancellation recovery became faster. The effects were larger than our hypothesis — and we had only scratched the surface. That was the moment “interesting problem” turned into “we have to go deep here.” PestRouting was born from that decision.
The two founders
Complementary strengths, shared obsession. Both live inside the product and the customer conversations every week.

Strategy, customer success, and go-to-market — with roots in the Silicon Valley operating mindset.
Spent time at Stanford and in Silicon Valley during his U.S. stays, learning up close how the right systems compound a team's output. Now focuses on how PestRouting shows up for operators — the conversations, the audits, the Route Success Manager experience — so that every customer feels the partnership on day one.

Product, engineering, and the routing logic at the core of PestRouting.
Deep background in enterprise software and process automation, with multi-million savings delivered across prior automotive and enterprise software projects. Leads the routing engine, the integration layer, and the data model — the parts that decide whether an optimization survives contact with a real territory.
The compound we came for
Every time a route book drops miles without losing a single customer, or a technician finishes the day an hour earlier because the sequence finally makes sense — that is the compound we came for.
We would rather be the partner that saves a customer a technician’s salary per year than the vendor that saves them a license fee per month. The math is simple; the relationship is not. That is why we invest in both.
The team and how we grow
Today we operate as a tight, senior team — routing engineering, operations analysis, and customer partnership under one roof. Headquartered in the Stuttgart region, Germany, working remotely with pest control operators across the United States and Canada.
We grow deliberately as our customers grow. No hiring sprees chasing arbitrary headcount — just the right role, at the right time, with the right level of ownership. When the seat is worth naming, we name it publicly.
Values in action
Four commitments that show up in every customer conversation, every optimization cycle, every internal decision.
Numbers over opinions
Every routing decision, product choice, and strategy call gets validated against data. If we cannot demonstrate it on a real customer, we hold it.
Long horizons
We build for operators who want to compound improvements over years — not pitch decks that promise overnight transformation.
Earn-every-month trust
Monthly optimization cycles, not once-a-year miracles. The partnership is justified by this month’s KPIs, not last quarter’s promise.
Operator respect
The best routing algorithm loses to a dispatcher who knows the customers. We build tools that amplify operator judgment — they never replace it.
